Symphonia Leadership Development has been hosting online webinars as a platform for South African leaders to connect and grow while the country is in lockdown. Layo Seriki was given the opportunity to lead one of these webinars and to introduce Functional Fluency to the participants as a map to exploring human behaviour.
Approximately 100 participants from all over South Africa registered to join the 2-hour webinar to explore:
- the different ways we use our energy and
- the different behaviours we display at particular times and in particular situations.
Participants contributed their own unique experiences to understand the Functional Fluency model and, in groups, shared their own strategies for dealing with challenging situations and thriving. The video above takes you on the reflective journey that these participants went on.
