On 13 January 2015, the CIELARKO team started the year together with a workshop on NVC facilitated by Coach and Consultant – Ingrid Fonta Muki at Highlands Country House in Kenilworth.
We discussed the four steps of NVC (1. Observation, 2. Feelings, 3. Needs, 4. Request) and underwent an intense process of handling our own real communication challenges in an effective manner. This process reminded us that before we tackle communication challenges with others, we need to first solve our own internal issues.
The full day workshop was educational and informative as we all realised that we can use the NVC tool at home, with our colleagues, with our clients etc.
Ingrid did an excellent job in holding the space, facilitating an intense process, encouraging maximum participation and enabling us all to develop our own individual learnings.
