About CIELARKO

CIELARKO is a Coaching & Consulting firm for personal and organisational development. We are based in Muizenberg, Cape Town. From here we support our clients’ innovative, collaborative work, across any kind of difference and in times of change.

Our name, CIELARKO, is derived from the Esperanto term for rainbow. Esperanto aims at facilitating communication and understanding between people with different mother tongues. The rainbow reminds us of the different parts that make up a whole and of a bridge, connecting otherwise separate worlds.

CIELARKO team members contribute experience from various functional areas, industries and countries. No matter what specific challenge we support our clients with, our approach is outcome-oriented, personal and systemic.
